So you want to know what kind of a workout Beyonce does in order to stay in shape? Here’s some of idea of what a Beyonce workout entails. It’s not easy.
For years, Beyonce has had to struggle with her weight. She needed to find a way to keep it off so she could continue to wow audiences in her starring roles in Hollywood. This is especially hard when every Hollywood shoot has piles of pastries, junk food and all manner of crap (pardon the expression) sitting on a table, free for the taking for everyone working on a movie (I’m betting that some of you are thinking right now about how much you wish you were on some of those sets).
Beyonce always eats plenty of vegetables and stays far, far away from carbs, red meat and fat. This helps with keeping the weight off, but it’s not enough by itself. The Beyonce Knowles workout plan includes vigorous yoga classes, dancing and running.
Beyonce also has been known to lift light weights to stay toned. She will ordinarily perform cardiovascular exercises for about a half an hour five days a week. She also does a free weights regimen for about forty five minutes on those same days. If she really feels a need for it, Beyonce adds in some yoga as well. Finally, probably her favorite type of workout is dancing (didn’t you always wonder how all those guys and girls on the dance floor stay thin? Dancing is exercise also).
When all this is still not enough (like I said, keeping the weight off and having that perfect body is super hard work), she will use the Master Cleanse system in order to drop additional calories. However, even with this system, she does eat vegetables and does not rely exclusively on the liquid diet.
So how can you do the same thing that Beyonce does? First things first, join a gym. Make sure it’s within a reasonable distance either from home or the office and that the hours work for your needs. If it’s not convenient, you probably won’t go. You also want to make sure that you make a commitment to set aside a certain portion of your day that will be devoted to working out. Tired or not, busy or not, this should be treated the same as taking a shower and brushing your teeth every morning. It’s part of your basic hygiene (and if you don’t take a shower and brush your teeth every morning, well, I don’t even want to go there). Do these things and you can follow the Beyonce workout easily (or at least, with relatively good chances of success anyway).

If you’re a superstar, you are going to be noticed and followed around. It really is that simple. In fact, even those who win the lottery, who did nothing but to have dumb luck of picking six numbers correctly can become superstars for the simple reason that people want to be famous and rich just like them. So imagine someone who truly has a reason to be famous, someone like Beyonce Knowles, who is extremely well known as a Hollywood superstar and someone who somehow manages to maintain a super sexy body. How does she do it? What is the secret of the Beyonce exercise regime?
Well, I looked into it and can tell you that it is not an easy routine by any stretch of the imagination. Beyonce begins her workout with with a single leg butt bridge using the right leg. She does 10 to 15 single leg Romanian dead lifts and around 12 step ups. Ouch. Sounds like a lot already, but wait, there’s more; much more in fact, where that came from. Beyonce is also known as a jogger. She runs 6 days a week for for 40 minutes at a time and of course she does a warm up on a treadmill for another 20 minutes before that (why she can’t just jog on the treadmill I don’t know).
Another favorite for Beyonce’s exercise regimen in yoga. Yoga is an Indian discipline in which one practices ones breathing while performing exercises. It was used originally in order to attain sprituality in the pursuit of knowledge of Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism (the three large religions in that part of the world, aside from Islam).
In addition to performing this extreme exercise regimen, Beyonce tells her fans that she stays slim by eating a tiny and fat burning lunch. She takes just 6 slices of tomato and 4 slices of cucumber for her diet. She says she stays away from high fat and starchy foods but she does try to balance that with a little bit more in the way of the fruit and vegetable department.
It is especially important to stay away from carbohydrates if you want to keep the weight off. While some complex carbohydrates are good for you, like whole grains, the plain white Wonder bread we all grew up smearing peanut butter and jelly onto in the morning is a definite no no.
And of course, if you want to look like Beyonce, you need to stick religiously to an exercise routine like the Beyonce exercise routine. It doesn’t have to be exactly the same thing and the best idea is to consult a personal trainer for ideas on what you should do, but what is important is to stick with it no matter what.

Everyone wants to know how she does it. How does Beyonce’s diet work and what makes her so successful at losing weight and keeping it off? Well, I did a bit of poking around and found out what she told the Queen of the Talk show circuit, Oprah Winphrey about the Beyonce Diet.
Beyonce made use of a variation of the popular liquid diets in order to lose weight when she needed to do so. These diets have been around for years and range from the slim fast diet to the lemonade diet to the Master Cleanse diet. You name it, it’s been done. The difference was that Beyonce didn’t starve herself drinking only liquid for for her diet needs.
Beyonce said that she also ate fresh vegetables during the time she was following the Master Cleanse diet and to my mind that’s important. Too often people think that a magic pill exists that will help them to lose all the weight they want, but it just isn’t so. Yes, Beyonce makes use of a fad diet, but she at least has the good sense to add things onto the diet.
Of course even with everything that Beyonce did, it’s a hard thing to follow her diet. She says herself, “I was cranky, people were eating Krispy Kreme Doughnuts around me.”
So how can you succeed at following the same diet that Beyonce does? It’s really not any kind of rocket science. First of all, if you want to use a liquid diet, that’s fine. But realize that you can’t live on that forever. At some point, you will need to start eating regular food. This isn’t a problem if you just need to lose a few holiday pounds, but if you need to take off serious weight, use the Beyonce Diet in a modified form. Yes, use the liquid shakes for the majority of your meals, but make sure you eat sensibly as well. Ask your family to be understanding. Tell them you need their help and ask that they don’t eat things around you that will be tempting. Tell them if they want those donuts to eat them out of the house.
Lastly, as the weight begins to drop off, you will want to further modify the Beyonce diet. You want to make sure that you start eating more and more solid foods so that by the time you finish the diet, you will be back to eating regular food, but hopefully eating healthier foods.

How much Does Beyonce Weigh? Beyonce’s weight has hovered between 128 lbs for the movie “Dreamgirls” and back to 143 lbs which is her normal range. She had chosen to lose weight for the role in “Dreamgirls” to provide the character the image and style that she had changed over time.
Beyonce was able to do so by undertaking a diet plan that consists of water, maple syrup, lemon and cayenne pepper mixture. With that as the only means of sustenance she took, it is no wonder that she lost so much weight at so short a time. She admitted though that during her diet program, she felt like she was “dying”. She has then stopped doing the program and has returned to her normal eating regimen of what she says “fat filled processed foods”. She has received criticism for using Master Cleanse to lose weight since it is not a diet plan but just a simple cleansing regimen.
Since that time, she has returned to her normal “bootylicious” weight of 143 lbs and has been at the top of the charts again with her new album “I am Sasha Fierce” and was last seen watching the NBA All Star Game in Phoenix with husband Jay Z who is part owner of the New Jersey Nets.
In her video, “Single Ladies (Put a ring on it)”, she steps out and prances in all her 143 lbs with all the curves in the right places. So how much does Beyonce weigh now? She was able to maintain her average weight of 143 lbs until present time.

How much does Beyonce Knowles weigh in her Dreamgirls role? She’s one of the lead stars in the movie “Dreamgirls” drew flak for the use of the Master Cleanse diet plan in her preparations for the movie. It has been reported that Beyonce lightened up between fourteen and twenty pounds to portray a passage of time that affected the overall appearance of her character in the movie. Her weight loss has been instrumental in getting an Academy Award nomination for the role that she played in the movie. Many reporters cited that she lost weight due to a “starvation diet” of a mixture of either “cayenne pepper with water” or “maple syrup with water”. Though the diet is correctly indicated, the negative comments by the diva have hurt the credibility and marketability of the plan.
She was quoted as saying that she felt like she was “dying” while on the regimen and after the duration of the plan, she “gobbled up” fatty and processed food which resulted in her regaining the weight she had lost. These events have been categorized by the media as another one of those starlets going on an anorexic episode by fad dieting. This is clearly a misrepresentation of the Master Cleanse as it is not a diet plan but is a means to clean up the body of toxins accumulated in the body and not as means to the end of weight loss. The result of the comments of the Pop Diva has placed Master Cleanse in a different light from its original purpose. But it worked for her portrayal of her role in Dreamgirls and everyone is wondering about how much does Beyonce weight now.
